What We’re Looking For

• Proven Sales Experience – While no prior experience in life insurance is required, a passion for sales and achieving targets is a must. We provide full training to help you succeed.

• Life Insurance License (Preferred) – A life insurance license is a plus, but if you don't have one yet, don't worry! We guide you throughout the licensing process to help you get licensed and ready to succeed.

• Strong Communication Skills – You must be confident in engaging with clients virtually and communicating complex life insurance solutions in a clear, approachable way.

• Tech-Savvy – Comfortable with using digital tools, CRMs, and virtual platforms to manage leads, communicate with clients, and track your sales progress.

• Goal-Oriented – You should be driven to meet and exceed sales goals, with a strong commitment to performance and client satisfaction.

• Self-Motivated & Independent – As a remote role, you'll need to be disciplined and motivated to work independently and stay focused on achieving your targets.
