Your Role:

  • Manage a team of sales reps focused on converting warm leads

  • Collaborate with upper management on scaling strategies
     

You Bring:

  • 1–3 years in sales (insurance/financial services a plus)
     
  • Previous experience leading a team or mentoring others
     
  • Strong communication, confidence, and accountability
     
  • Licensed in Life & Health Insurance (or willing to obtain – we’ll help)
