Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll provide first-class assistance to clients, ensure smooth enrolling of clients and resolve concerns, and contribute to product improvements by collaborating closely with internal teams and customer feedback channels.

Your Daily Tasks

• Apply consistent troubleshooting methods to identify and resolve customer issues quickly and accurately
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by addressing concerns promptly
• Help identify, document, and escalate product issues for verification
• Advocate for product/service enhancements based on customer feedback
• Attend customer queries, worries, and requests concerning products, services, billing, and general information, while guaranteeing accurate and thorough resolutions.
• Schedule appointments or consultations for qualified leads. Schedule meetings, or consultations for our sales team or consultants including rescheduling if the need arises, calendar and CRM management and other systems that need updating and communicating all updates in a timely manner to the sales team and/or other concerned parties.
